Once an item has been rented, and its rental date held, there are no refunds on items rented. Rentals must be dropped off in store or in our dropbox before the end of their rental period. For mailed returns, it is the renter’s responsibility to mail the item in advance of its due date for a timely arrival. This is to ensure its availability for the next renter.
